Launch of the HEALTH (Health, Education, Arts, Learning, Technology, Humanities) Research Network

14 February 2018, 5:30-6:30pm

Health in the 21st century is increasingly being reshaped by developments in neurosciences, health technologies, digital transformations, shifting demographics including ageing populations, questions of sustainable development, and concerns around healthy and secure food systems and lifestyles. With the increase of digital technologies in everyday life, interdisciplinary realms such as digital health provide many opportunities and challenges for the future of society.

The HEALTH network brings together the arts, medicine, humanities, health communications, education, social sciences, and science and technology. It aims to ignite creative connections and collaborations among members. To that end, the HEALTH Network will draw on various contributions from a wide range of academic researchers, health professionals, health service users, and practitioners, to postgraduate and early career researchers.
