Freya Thomas is a Research Fellow in the ICONScience research group at RMIT. Originally a field botanist by training, Freya dabbled in predictive plant trait-based modelling in her PhD. Freya is now working on an interdisciplinary project at RMIT looking at how to design urban green spaces for the dual benefits of people and biodiversity.
