Fabian has a long track record in public health in the areas of rational drug use, international health, epidemiology and sexual health. He has worked in countries such as East Timor, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and Myanmar strengthening pharmaceutical systems and undertaken various consultancies evaluating them.
Fabian currently works as a sexual health epidemiologist/academic at the University of Melbourne and as a population health analyst in the Department of Health and Human Services. His work focuses on the the use of data/technology to inform and drive positive social and health outcomes. He is currently looking to establish a digital/app research unit at the University of Melbourne to improve sexual health testing and treatment.
